01The problem

Frontline training is a manager reading an SOP aloud, once, to a new hire who is nervous and often working in a second language. Role-play happens rarely and is scored by gut feel.

Every new hire deserves a patient coach on day one, in their own language, that can show the step and not just say it.

02What I built

Live voice lessons with a canvas

Flare talks the learner through each step out loud while the slide, steps and quiz stay on screen beside it.

Role-play with scorecards

Flare plays the guest, customer or interviewer. Every run ends with a score on the same rubric and one thing to try next.

SOP to lesson

Upload a menu, SOP or training doc and Flare turns it into lessons and role-plays.

Coach live

Managers can watch sessions and step in when a human touch helps.

Multilingual

English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil, Myanmar, Bengali, Arabic and Spanish.

Guard rails

Server-enforced daily limits per user and a Firestore-backed circuit breaker that acts as a quota kill-switch, with audit logging on rate-limit responses.
